The newest performance item out at www.fastcushman.com is the improved CNC billet head. All new design packed with performance features and stunning good looks. Modeled after our original modified heads with a 37cc chamber vs. a stock 49cc chamber it is designed to increase compression. We also allow for the use of large intake and exhaust valves as well as a 14mm spark plug hole relocated closer to the combustion chamber for more power and large valve clearance. The 14mm spark plug hole allows you to use a wide heat range of plugs and take advantage of the new technology spark plugs like the platinum plugs and others.

 Our heads are CNC made of top quality 6061  aluminum and have the compression release button hole already tapped and ready to use. The extra cooling fin looks great and is functional in cooling the top of the cylinder – the hottest part of the engine.
